Noncomp - mini track available for peewees and non manual clutch bikes. ALL NON COMP RIDERS MUST HAVE THEIR BIKES SCRUITENEERED & hold a mini rec license

All riders MUST have the correct numbers and back ground colours to help the event operate smoothly.
